Job summary

Mind Computing is seeking a full-time, 100% remote EHRM Operations Support Analyst to back a VA project. You will monitor HL7 interfaces, support production issues, coordinate interface testing, and help with site go-lives and release activities.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in production support, HL7 knowledge, and experience with EHRM platforms. Occasional off-hours may be required around site go-lives and releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in production support, system operation, or healthcare data integrations.
• Experience with HL7 messaging and healthcare integration workflows.
• Experience with production environments, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting live system issues.
• Experience with EHRM implementations (Oracle Health/Cerner).
• Experience with integration platforms (Mirth Connect, MuleSoft).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HL7 dashboards to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve interface issues.
• Support production troubleshooting calls and log-level analysis to identify root causes.
• Participate in Interface System Testing (IST) and support EHRM site go-lives and releases.
• Assist with release planning, readiness tracking, and operational deployments.
• Maintain release documentation, test plans, incident logs, and operational docs.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, and project teams to ensure system stability.
• Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
