Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an experienced EMR/EHR Implementation Specialist to configure, deploy, and optimize EMR systems like Epic and Cerner. You will align digital clinical workflows with real-world hospital processes to enable accurate and efficient healthcare delivery.

You will work on a remote, hourly contract, 10–40 hours per week, collaborating with healthcare teams and AI-focused projects to improve adoption and system performance.

Qualifications

Experience implementing or optimizing EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms).
Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows.
Ability to translate operational needs into effective system configurations.

Responsibilities

Lead rollout, configuration, and customization of EMR/EHR platforms to match workflows.
Analyze clinical/administrative processes to ensure compliant, efficient operations.
