Leidos is seeking a Program Manager - Electronic Health Record (EHR) Deployment to lead a DHS modernization program supporting ICE and CBP. You will oversee planning, deployment, and sustainment of an enterprise Oracle Health EHR solution, coordinating with Government stakeholders, Oracle Health, and partners.

The role requires extensive program management experience, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and strong communication to executives.

Qualificações

12+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 10+ years with a master's (equivalency allowed).
8+ years of project or program management experience in complex enterprise IT environments.
Experience leading the implementation and deployment of enterprise Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions (Oracle Health/Cerner).
Current PMP, CSM/PSM I, and ITIL v4 certifications.

Responsabilidades

Lead overall program execution and ensure objectives are achieved.
Serve as primary Government interface and maintain relationships with the COR and stakeholders.
Lead planning, design, deployment, and sustainment of the Oracle Health EHR solution across the customer environment.
Manage multidisciplinary teams across program management, clinical/functional operations, systems engineering, security, testing, training, deployment, and sustainment.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, staffing, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance metrics.
Provide status updates and executive briefings to Government and Leidos leadership.
