Leidos is seeking a Program Manager for the Electronic Health Record deployment to support a DHS modernization program benefiting ICE and CBP. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with government stakeholders, Oracle Health, and partners to ensure on-time, within-budget deployment and sustainment of the enterprise EHR solution.

Qualifications

8+ years of project or program management in complex IT environments.
Experience leading the implementation and deployment of enterprise Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions.
Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner EHR solutions, including deployment, integration, or sustainment.
U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
PMP and Agile certifications with Scrum Master experience.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Lead overall program execution and ensure objectives are achieved.
Serve as a primary point of contact for Government leadership and COR.
Lead planning, design, implementation, deployment, and sustainment of the Oracle Health EHR solution.
Manage multidisciplinary teams across program management, clinical operations, systems engineering, infrastructure, integration, cybersecurity, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance metrics.
Monitor program execution and lead corrective actions to stay on track.
Manage resources, staffing, and subcontractors within contractual/financial parameters.
Oversee deployment readiness and end-user readiness activities.
Establish and maintain risk, quality, configuration, and change management processes.
Provide status, recommendations, and executive briefings to Government and Leidos leadership.
Coordinate with Oracle Health and partners to deliver integrated capabilities.
Oversee Agile program execution and governance across teams and stakeholders.
Coordinate AI/ML-related program components with governance and risk management.
