Job summary

Leidos Health & Services Sector seeks a Program Manager for an Enterprise Health IT modernization program focused on Electronic Health Record (EHR) deployment for ICE/CBP under DHS. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years or master's with 10+ years of relevant experience.
8+ years of project/program management in complex enterprise IT environments.
Experience leading enterprise EHR implementation and deployment.
Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner EHR solutions and deployment/integration/sustainment.
PMP certification held for ≥6 years.
CSM or PSM I certification with 3+ years Agile leadership experience.
ITIL v4 certification.
Experience managing large-scale government or enterprise IT programs.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and dependencies.

Responsibilities

Lead overall program execution and ensure objectives are achieved.
Serve as primary point of contact for Government leadership and COR.
Lead planning, design, implementation, deployment, and sustainment of Oracle Health EHR.
Manage multidisciplinary teams across program management, clinical ops, systems, cybersecurity, testing, training, deployment, and sustainment.
Develop integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, staffing, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and metrics.
Monitor execution and lead corrective actions to ensure delivery.
Manage resources, staffing, subcontractors, and ODCs within contractual/financial parameters.
Oversee deployment readiness and end-user readiness activities.
Establish risk, quality, configuration, and change management processes.
Provide status, recommendations, and executive briefings to Government/Leidos leadership.
Coordinate with Oracle Health and other vendors to deliver integrated capabilities.
Oversee Agile program execution and governance across teams and stakeholders.
Coordinate AI/ML components governance and risk-management activities as applicable.
