Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience in complex enterprise IT environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading the implementation and deployment of enterprise EHR solutions.
• Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner EHR solutions and integration/sustainment activities.
• PMI/PMBOK or equivalent project management certification (PMP) and Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM I).
• ITIL v4 certification and experience with governance, risk management, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program execution and ensure contractual, technical, financial, schedule, quality, and performance objectives are achieved.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Government leadership and maintain relationships with COR and program stakeholders.
• Oversee design, deployment, and sustainment of the Oracle Health EHR solution across environments.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across PM, clinical operations, systems engineering, cybersecurity, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, staffing, budgets, risks, and performance metrics.
• Provide timely program status, executive briefings, and risk/issue management.
