Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is hiring a Safety Manager to lead safety, health and environmental compliance across U.S. data centers. You will drive safety programs, train staff, investigate incidents, and ensure OSHA compliance in collaboration with stakeholders and contractors.

The role emphasizes leadership, rigorous safety standards, and the ability to foster a proactive safety culture across operations, with travel 25% and a focus on data-center environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, or a similar degree, or equivalent experience.
• OSHA training and certifications a plus.
• CSHO, SHEP or CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site assessments to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Develop ongoing safety training matrix and coordinate safety training sessions for operations staff and other stakeholders as needed.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify their causes and prevent recurrence.
• Oversee OSHA compliance for the operations department and work with subcontractors to ensure safety programs compliance.
• Drive safety culture and initiatives across the U.S. region.
