Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks an experienced National EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs for our nationwide data center operations. You will serve as senior safety leader across deployments, rack landing, liquid cooling, and network services, partnering with executives and customer stakeholders.

This consulting role requires building scalable EHS operating models, advancing incident prevention, and ensuring OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Environmental, Health, and Safety experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-site or geographically dispersed EHS programs.
• Experience supporting data centers, mission-critical facilities, construction, telecommunications, utilities, industrial services, technical field operations, or similarly complex environments.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA requirements, safety management systems, risk assessment, and incident investigation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the national EHS program for all data center operations and service delivery activities.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS policies, standards, procedures, governance, and training programs.
• Establish consistent safety practices across customer engagements, operating locations, and technical service lines.
• Advise operations and executive leadership on health, safety, environmental, compliance, and operational risk matters.
