Job summary

Intelligence Federal is seeking an experienced Equal Employment Opportunity Adjudicator/Attorney to support the USDA by drafting Final Agency Decisions and reviewing ROIs. The role requires at least five years of federal civil rights litigation experience and a strong command of federal discrimination laws.

This is a remote, full-time position with eligibility for benefits. The candidate must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• JD required; must be barred in a US State or Territory.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a lawyer.
• Minimum of three years in Federal sector civil rights matters and/or processing federal EEO complaints.
• Three years writing Final Agency Decision reports at the federal level.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and preparing Final Agency Decisions (FADs).
• Reviewing Reports of Investigation (ROIs) for legal sufficiency.
• Assist in processing EEO complaints, informal and formal.
• Process post-closure compliance and appeal work.
• Draft complex legal documents such as letters, appeal documents, and reports.
• Conduct legal research and editing.
• Review facts and case law.
