Job summary

Vector Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager that will lead the design, development, delivery and success of selected learning and development products and components. The position will focus on product strategy, research and definition, development, internal and external releases, tracking success and iterating to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
2+ years as a Product Manager or similar in a B2B/B2C SaaS environment.
2+ years' experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle in a medium to large software company.
A strong technical background with an understanding of software development and software product management.

Responsibilities

Develop a detailed understanding of Vector Solutions training software products.
Perform market research to understand target markets.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap with stakeholders; adapt as needed.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to define requirements for engineering teams.
Consult with Sector Management on positioning, pricing, channel, and marketing strategies.
Partner with Engineering, QA and UX to ensure designs and features meet expectations.
Coordinate with other departments on release deliverables and launch activities.
