You will collaborate with Curriculum, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, UX/UI, and Technical Product Management to translate customer needs into valuable enhancements and features aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience for SaaS products, preferably in education tech.
• Proven ability to identify and write business requirements for product features.
• Ability to manage products and features through their life cycle while balancing customer needs and business goals.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business-focused Product Manager for Lexia's educator platform and go-to-market teams.
• Inform and support execution of product roadmaps that prioritize customer needs.
• Support alignment of the roadmap with strategic and financial goals.
• Document business requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Develop understanding of customer experience and product gaps through stakeholder collaboration.
• Analyze customer requests, market trends, and product data to help define vision and strategy.
