Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a PSC-approved accredited college or university.
• Experience modeling effective teacher behavior for adult learners in varied settings.
• Expert knowledge of adult learning and change management processes.
• Experience training and/or implementing state educator performance evaluation system.

Responsibilities

• Implement competency-based learning systems and career advancement for educators.
• Plan and evaluate professional learning to elevate teaching practices.
• Analyze data using multiple measures to inform growth indicators for students, teachers and schools.
• Facilitate professional learning with teachers and school leaders using adult-learning methods.
• Provide job-embedded supports via observations, lesson studies, and peer observations.
