Responsabilidades

• Design scalable, technology-enhanced professional learning aligned with adult learning theory and standards.
• Deliver targeted coaching and workshops to deploy effective instructional practices.
• Evaluate instructional technologies and practices to modernize educator training.
• Leverage LMS and interactive media to deliver hybrid professional development.
• Collaborate with district staff to provide job-embedded support through observations.
• Provide consultation to tailor professional development to educator needs.
• Evaluate program efficacy and propose data-driven improvements.
