Qualifications

• Knowledge of CA CTC requirements and credentialing processes.
• Experience managing educator credentials in CA and other states.
• Experience with international credential evaluations is a plus.
• Experience communicating with credentialing agencies and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage educator credentialing and licensure for multiple states, with emphasis on CA.
• Maintain credential records in HRIS and process applications/renewals.
• Guide employees through credential pathways (PIP, STSP, Preliminary/Clear Credentials, etc.).
• Communicate with state credentialing agencies regarding status and questions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Verify credentials before hire and during employment; send expiration notices.
• Assist with recruitment coordination and HR projects as needed.
