Based in the greater Kansas City, MO area, this full-time remote role requires excellent presentation skills, organization, and the ability to travel up to 60% during back-to-school season and the rest

Qualifications

• 5+ years teaching experience in a K-12 setting (department- or school-level leadership a plus).
• Educational professional development experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a product expert, providing educators with implementation strategies tailored to their classroom needs.
• Partner with school and district leaders to plan and deliver virtual and in-person professional development.
• Travel to facilitate in-person professional development sessions—up to 60% during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year.
• Set up, host, and present at regional IXL Live events, coordinating with the events team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support schools piloting IXL.
• Partner with customer success and sales to manage and grow customer relationships.
