Qualifications

• OR Two-year certificate or degree in a human services-related field with three years of professional experience.
• Minimum two years working in a non-profit setting relating to program development.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, objective information and assistance to older adults and their families over the phone.
• Recruit, train, retain and coordinate activities for Minnesota Aging Pathways volunteers.
• Assist volunteers in conducting education and outreach to individuals and communities.
