• Run a full desk: sourcing, screening, client communication, offer negotiation, and placement.
• Work closely with account managers to fill district needs quickly.
• Maintain KPI discipline across outreach, submittals, interviews, and placements.
• Coordinate credentialing and onboarding to ensure timely starts.
