Job summary

All About Kids, Inc. is seeking a tenacious Recruiter to lead high-volume recruitment for essential developmental providers in a role based in Plainview, NY.

You will partner with regional teams to understand caseload demands and hit aggressive hiring targets for mandated programs, while engaging passive candidates through creative sourcing. You will represent the organization at local career fairs, manage the full lifecycle using Indeed and Apploi, and contribute to building a compassionate,

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume recruitment for healthcare, therapy, or staffing environments.
• Proficiency with Indeed and Apploi applicant platforms.
• Self-starter who works well independently and owns their metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-volume recruitment for OTs, Speech Therapists, PTs, Social Workers, and SIETS.
• Collaborate with regional teams to understand caseloads and meet hiring targets for mandated programs.
• Source candidates creatively and engage passive talent.
• Represent All About Kids at local and regional career fairs and networking events.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle using tools like Indeed and Apploi.
