Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify school district invoices in VSIMS.
• Enter journal entries for invoices and adjustments; record payments in Sage.
• Reconcile Sage and VSIMS invoices and payments monthly.
• Generate VSIMS reports to update invoicing in Sage.
• Maintain payroll and benefit accruals and related reconciliations.
• Support audits and respond to management requests.
