Grand Canyon Education is seeking a motivated Account Executive to oversee the Utica, NY territory in a remote, community-focused role. The position offers a starting salary of $75,000 per year with potential to earn six figures after five years of successful service, plus generous benefits.

New hire training occurs in Phoenix, AZ, and the role requires strong time management, excellent communication, and empathy to coach prospective students through the admissions process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent communication across in-person, phone and email.
• Experience in outside business development or account management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute territory plans to raise awareness of online programs in education, healthcare and business.
• Build high-impact partnerships and drive inquiry generation through presentations, calls and emails.
• Counsel prospective students and their families, championing student success and institutional growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions guidance and timely progression through the application process.
• Work remotely while meeting ambitious targets and traveling within the territory as needed.
