You will lead assignment workflows, aligning with LMS integrations and stakeholder needs across UX, engineering, sales and support. The role blends strategic thinking with detailed backlog delivery in a remote-first setup.

The ideal candidate understands educational technology, customer workflows, and can translate needs into actionable technical requirements for delivery across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Product Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Agile software development and backlog management.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Inform and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for new capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to identify requirements and build capabilities.
• Define, manage and report on roadmap status for projects.
• Analyze user feedback, data, and market trends to refine offerings.
• Ensure accessibility, data privacy, and interoperability compliance.
• Support releases with accurate market messaging and onboarding.
