Job summary

Turnitin in the United States is seeking a Product Manager for the Turnitin Feedback Studio team to broaden value within educators' LMS environments.

You will partner with UX, engineering, and sales to translate customer needs into backlog items, define roadmaps, and drive product releases in a remote-first culture.

The ideal candidate has education technology domain awareness, strong communication, and experience delivering software that integrates with LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Product Management or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience with Agile software development and backlog management.
• Ability to partner with engineering to scope, plan, and deliver features.
• Experience working with customers to gather feedback and validate requirements.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Inform and maintain the product strategy and roadmap with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to define requirements and capabilities.
• Provide clear requirements to engineering for features and enhancements.
• Define and report roadmap status aligned with objectives.
• Analyze user feedback, data, and market trends to improve offerings.
• Ensure accessibility, data privacy, and interoperability compliance.
• Coordinate releases with market messaging, onboarding, and support.
