Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a Product Manager for the Feedback Studio team to expand value in customers’ teaching and learning environments. You will translate user needs into detailed requirements and backlogs, collaborating with UX, engineering, sales, and support in a remote-first culture.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in product management, experience with Agile, and a passion for education technology, LMS integrations, and driving product roadmaps from concept to launch across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Product Management or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Agile software development and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Inform and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for Turnitin products.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to define requirements and build capabilities.
• Define roadmap status and ensure alignment with objectives and market needs.
• Analyze user feedback and market trends to improve offerings.
• Ensure accessibility, data privacy, and interoperability compliance.
• Coordinate releases with marketing, onboarding, and support.
