Job summary

ClassLink is seeking a Product Manager (PM2) to define strategy, vision, and the roadmap for assigned products. This fully remote role involves partnering with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Support to drive lifecycle management and deliver impactful outcomes.

You will prioritize the backlog, lead discovery and Agile execution, and ensure AI-enabled features are developed responsibly with measurable success metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing a product or major feature area with ownership across the lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Education, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Define product vision, prioritise roadmaps, manage backlogs, and deliver successful products.
• Technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and platform capabilities.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML product concepts and experience defining or iterating AI-enabled features.
• Strong analytical thinking using customer insights, analytics, and experimentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and guide engineering execution.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap balancing customer needs and business goals.
• Lead product discovery, solution design, and Agile execution from concept to release.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for delivery.
• Design experiments, beta programs, and validations to reduce risk and improve outcomes.
• Leverage feedback, market research, and analytics to inform decisions and measure performance.
• Ensure responsible AI features with privacy, transparency, equity, and trust considerations.
