The role requires strong CMS experience, Adobe Acrobat and InDesign skills, and the ability to collaborate across editorial, QA, and vendor teams while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience with content management systems (Magnolia/WoodWing a plus).
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with web languages (HTML, CSS, XML, ePub3) and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain high-quality digital products for teachers and students.
• Upload and organize digital files and metadata in CMS systems.
• Support metadata collection and file structure for content repurposing.
