Job summary

Curriculum Associates, LLC is hiring a Digital Production Specialist to create and maintain digital products, including Teacher Toolbox and Bookshelf experiences. You will manage ePub3 files, metadata, and digital asset workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

The role emphasizes strong CMS experience, proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and InDesign, and familiarity with HTML/CSS/XML/ePub3.

Qualifications

• Experience with Content Management Systems Magnolia and WoodWing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with web-based languages (HTML, CSS, XML, ePub3) and Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain high-quality digital products for teachers and students.
• Upload and manage digital files and metadata in internal CMSs.
• Support metadata collection and file structure for content reuse goals.
• Investigate product issues and implement timely fixes.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Platform, PM, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Editorial QA during QC, and implement corrections.
• Liaise with vendors for product creation/update.
• Attend and contribute to project and team meetings.
• Communicate with supervisors, vendors, and teams to hit deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain documentation.
