Job summary

Finalsite is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager focused on Independent and Charter schools. The role begins with FinTech operations using RevTrak, handling financial reconciliation, fee collections, and payment workflows.

As you grow, you will own a full portfolio across CMS, EMS, communications, admissions, and marketing services, guiding adoption and optimizing value for client partners. Remote US-based position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years in Client Success or related roles.
Experience with payment processing and reconciliations.
Familiarity with Independent/Charter school operations.
Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills.
Willingness to learn the full Finalsite product portfolio.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Public speaking and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Own school finance relationships with business managers and CFOs.
Lead reconciliation and investigation of platform data.
Produce financial reports for audits and board reporting.
Translate finance terms for engineering teams.
Manage portfolio of Independent and Charter accounts.
Drive adoption across CMS, EMS, Communications, Admissions, and Marketing services.
Identify upsell opportunities with Sales.
Monitor account health and mitigate churn.
