Job summary

IEEE is seeking a Temporary Editorial Support and Production Assistant to aid the ESPAs with administrative and editorial tasks. The role focuses on preparing materials for production, trafficking, and coordinating timely delivery of files, while providing cross-functional administrative support in Publishing Operations.

The position is full-time, remote for a six-month term with potential extension, supervised as needed by the Manager, Digital Assets & Editorial Support.

• This position is supervised as needed by the Manager, Digital Assets & Editorial Support.

Responsibilities

• Assist full-time ESPAs with administrative and editorial support.
• Prepare editorial materials for entry into production systems.
• Provide trafficking and processing support to coordinate timely receipt of author-supplied files.
• Provide administrative support for other areas within Publishing Operations as needed.
