Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for ingestion, processing, productions, and data loading issues.
• Troubleshoot Casepoint platform applications and perform root-cause analyses.
• Collaborate with government and commercial customers to resolve issues.
• Capture issue details and resolutions in the ticketing system and meet SLAs.
• Assist with data analysis, exports, and data migrations as needed.
