Job summary

Array is seeking an Associate eDiscovery Project Manager (APM) to support the execution of electronic stored information (ESI) projects under the guidance of a Project Manager. You will assist in managing project workflows, client communications, and data processing activities while collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.

In this role, you will help coordinate client discovery, planning, and status reporting, while leveraging Relativity

Qualifications

• Knowledge of eDiscovery workflows and technologies.
• Experience with Relativity Processing and related Relativity functionality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and review platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Ability to identify project issues, evaluate options, and recommend solutions.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Client Needs Discovery: Assist in understanding client requirements and project objectives.
• Consultation and Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop project plans.
• Project Oversight: Monitor task completion, timelines, and deliverables.
• Client Communication: Provide project updates and status reports to clients.
• Technical Support: Assist clients with Relativity-related questions and support.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and help resolve issues involving data.
• Data Processing: Support data ingestion and processing using Relativity Processing.
