Job summary

Morae Global seeks an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join our Discovery Team. The role is fully remote with no in-office requirements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in eDiscovery, leading projects and teams, and advanced knowledge of Relativity, DISCO, and Everlaw.

You will lead end-to-end workflows, engage directly with clients, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements to deliver high-quality results. Preference for candidates able to work West Coast hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eDiscovery with project management and leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; a law degree is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of eDiscovery tools: Relativity, DISCO and Everlaw; can learn new tech.
• Knowledge of forensic collections workflows, including scheduling collections and coordinating meetings.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage client expectations.
• Proven ability to resource, manage, and motivate large teams under deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Remote role; West Coast hours preferred; some weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end eDiscovery projects from initiation to completion; ensure objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with Data Management and offshore Morae teams for large requests and processing/export tasks.
• Mentor and develop junior team members; provide guidance and training.
• Serve as the primary client contact, manage expectations, and develop proposals for new work.
• Contribute to process improvement and align with industry best practices.
• Act as SME on eDiscovery workflows, technology, and processes for internal teams and clients.
