Job summary

Panduit in the United States is seeking an IT EDI Analyst to design and optimize electronic data interchange solutions. You will translate business requirements into technical specs, manage integration projects, and collaborate with internal teams and trading partners to ensure reliable, automated data flows.

You'll configure EDI maps, troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and document standards to support ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work history.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in EDI concepts, SQL, and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage EDI projects from planning through implementation, coordinating timelines, budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, project plans, cost estimates, and technical solutions for EDI integrations and enhancements.
• Configure and maintain EDI maps, transaction sets, trading partner documentation, and system requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI, ERP, and business system issues, coordinating with internal teams and external trading partners to drive timely resolution.
• Execute system testing and validation, including integration and user acceptance testing, documenting results and ensuring solution quality.
• Document and improve system functionality, configurations, procedures, and technical standards to support ongoing maintenance, consistency, and automation.
• Collaborate with business partners to evaluate enhancement opportunities, support business case development, and deliver reliable integrations that improve business processes.
