Job summary

Penumbra, Inc. is seeking an EDI Analyst to manage our EDI system and transactions, serving as the primary contact between Penumbra and customers to resolve EDI issues. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and drive timely resolution with internal teams.

You’ll collaborate across IT, Logistics, Finance, and Sales, onboard/offboard trading partners, and stay current on healthcare EDI trends and compliance while upholding our Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of EDI experience, GHX platform desirable.
• Experience in medical device industry with hospital customers.
• Leadership experience in EDI function.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI issues and errors in a timely manner.
• Act as liaison between Customer, CFSO, IT, Logistics, Finance and Sales to resolve EDI issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to increase EDI volume, capabilities, and performance.
• Onboard/offboard trading partners and resolve issues with customers.
• Provide technical support and guidance on EDI matters to internal users and trading partners.
• Communicate effectively with the team and customers.
• Review EDI data and recommend corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Maintain EDI documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Stay current on EDI trends, technologies, and healthcare regulations.
