Qualifications

• Must be certified through AAPC CPC or COC or AHIMA CCS/CCS-P.
• At least 6 months of on-the-job coding experience.
• Proficient with CPT, ICD-10-CM and HCPCS coding.
• Experience with EMR and billing systems.
• Strong accuracy (≥95%) and productivity expectations.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM coding for multiple specialties.
• Code Professional Fee, Facility, or HCC cases.
• Apply coding guidelines and ensure documentation supports codes.
