gobravvo is seeking a remote Ecommerce UX Analyst to enhance online shopping experiences and optimize e-commerce platforms. You will conduct usability testing, evaluate user experiences, and deliver actionable insights to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.

This role supports a remote QA team across desktop and mobile platforms, collaborating with design, development, and QA colleagues to drive continuous UX improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive usability testing on e-commerce platforms, including browsing, cart management, checkout, and post-purchase processes
• Identify friction points, confusing navigation elements, or design flaws that may impact the user journey
• Document findings with clarity, providing actionable recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with design and development teams to implement UX enhancements aimed at increasing conversion rates and customer satisfaction
• Ensure a consistent, responsive, and intuitive user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices as well as various browsers
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on UX observations, trends, and suggested optimizations on a daily or weekly basis
