Qualifications

• Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices in web design.
• Experience with usability testing, heuristic evaluations, or product quality assurance for web applications.

Responsabilités

• Execute detailed usability testing scenarios across a variety of web applications, ensuring major user flows are assessed.
• Identify and document friction points, confusing navigation, and user interaction challenges.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve user journeys and maximize satisfaction.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations and cognitive walkthroughs to anticipate usability issues before deployment.
• Prepare and submit reports summarizing observations and data-driven improvements.
