You will conduct usability reviews, identify friction points, and deliver actionable feedback to design and development teams, influencing conversion and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of ecommerce UX standards.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to identify pain points and recommend solutions.
• Familiarity with remote working tools and various shopping platforms.
• Prior experience in UX review, usability testing, or QA for ecommerce is valued.
• Reliable internet and access to a computer and mobile device for testing.

Responsabilités

• Execute usability testing scenarios focusing on browsing, cart, and checkout experiences.
