Insight Global is seeking an eCommerce Product Specialist to support creation, maintenance, and quality of product content for Dick’s Sporting Goods’ eCommerce. You will build and update product detail pages, including titles, descriptions, attributes, imagery, and video, while performing quality checks to resolve missing or inaccurate information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Writing, or similar.
• Strong writing, editing, or copy experience.
• Retail/eCommerce experience and interest.
• Attention to detail in high-volume content work.
• Able to work remotely, independently, and follow through.

Responsabilités

• Support PDP setup and maintenance across product categories.
• Build and optimize product titles, descriptions, attributes, specifications, and other content.
• Source, organize, and publish imagery, video, and enhanced content.
• Verify assets meet quality, brand, and naming standards.
• Identify missing or inaccurate data and collaborate with vendors and merchandisers to resolve gaps.
• Perform QA before publishing and correct errors.
• Identify site presentation or content issues and escalate as needed.
• Manage multiple workstreams and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Communicate with external vendors and internal partners.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and process updates.
• Adopt new tools, automation, and AI-supported workflows.
