Job summary

AUGO is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Assistant to back-end operations across Amazon, Shopify, and other channels. This full-time, remote role supports customer service, listing health, pricing, and light sourcing with a focus on fast, accurate execution.

You will work with multiple department heads, manage a shared task queue, and ensure listings stay healthy, messages are answered promptly, and pricing remains consistent across platforms.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience (non-negotiable).
• Experience monitoring or managing e-commerce listings and pricing across platforms.
• Strong written communication for customer support across channels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Amazon listing health and flag issues within 24 hours.
• Respond to customer messages across Amazon and email within 24 hours.
• Support multi-platform store management (Shopify, TikTok Shop) and pricing alignment.
• Assist with sourcing research and data reporting for leadership.
• Contribute to listing updates and content basics (images, descriptions).
