Job summary

AUGO is seeking a fully remote Ecommerce Operations Assistant to be the tactical backbone of our growing team. You’ll support Amazon operations, customer service, multi-platform store management, pricing, and light sourcing, ensuring fast replies and healthy listings across channels.

You’ll report through a shared task queue, with weekly priorities and a mandate to execute cleanly, quickly, and with high attention to detail. This role suits those who love variety and ownership.

Qualifications

1+ year direct hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
Experience monitoring or managing e-commerce listings.
Prior customer service background.
Comfortable managing tasks from multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Monitor Amazon listing health across the catalog and flag issues.
Respond to customer messages across channels within 24 hours.
Support Shopify store updates and TikTok Shop backend maintenance.
Maintain pricing across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and country marketplaces.
Perform basic image edits and prepare listings to spec.
Conduct sourcing research and build vendor comparison data.
Enter data and generate weekly cross-platform reports.
