Job summary

Dawson in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an experienced eCommerce and marketing professional to own and optimize performance across Shopify, Amazon, and distributor channels.

You will drive campaigns from strategy to launch, collaborate with Sales and agencies, and continuously test to improve conversions, ROAS, and revenue. This role offers a fully remote setup with occasional on-site events, competitive pay, bonus opportunity, and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eCommerce and marketing with owned campaigns.
• Experience with Shopify, HubSpot, and marketplaces.
• Ability to translate data into leadership-ready insights.
• Strong PM and agency coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day eCommerce performance across Shopify, Amazon, and distributor and retail partner platforms.
• Develop and execute marketing campaign strategies for growth and brand awareness.
• Lead campaigns from strategy through launch and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, agencies, and vendors to bring campaigns to life.
• Optimize site content, CRO, and ROAS across channels.
• Monitor pricing, inventory, and product listings across marketplaces.
