This senior role combines paid ads and lifecycle marketing (email/SMS) into a single growth engine, with seven-figure annual Meta spend and a fully remote setup.

You will optimize campaigns across Meta and Google, manage attribution, and report clearly to leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in marketing/advertising, with 5+ years ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize full funnel campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Manage seven-figure Meta spend with bidding, audience segmentation, and testing.
• Harmonize online and in-store data for a single view of ROI.
• Own media reporting and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate on creative assets using Canva for campaigns.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance insights to leadership.
