Job summary

Hirezar is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own our ecommerce website and drive revenue growth through optimization, analytics, and paid advertising. You will test improvements, refine the customer journey, and scale revenue with smart execution.

This hybrid remote role requires end-to-end ecommerce experience, a B2B/B2C mindset, and the ability to run paid campaigns while keeping site performance at the core.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an ecommerce website end-to-end.
• Niche B2B/B2C mindset.
• Dual-capability: ecommerce + paid ads with hands-on optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the ecommerce website's performance and revenue growth.
• Review UX and customer journey to identify conversion drop-offs.
• Analyze data to uncover opportunities and problems.
• Manage and run targeted paid ad campaigns to bring qualified traffic.
• Recommend and implement improvements to copy, layout, and messaging.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up copy creation, test variants, and analyze data.
• Work with leadership to build and execute a revenue growth plan.
