829 Studios is seeking a mid-level E‑commerce Email Marketing Strategist to join the Inbound Team. You will own Klaviyo workflows, audience strategies, and performance conversations with clients, while coordinating with Client Services, Web, and Paid teams.

Bring 4+ years in email marketing (Klaviyo essential), strong communication, and a product-owner mindset for client success. This is a remote-friendly, Boston-based agency with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Klaviyo experience.
• Experience leading strategy for an E-commerce brand.
• Proven experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze).
• Cross-functional collaboration and strong client satisfaction track record.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Review monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Maintain detailed project management and multi-project ownership.
• Identify issues and propose solutions to campaign or project completion.
• Manage all elements of email marketing programs (strategies, programs, calendars).
• Create email calendars aligned with other marketing initiatives.
• Own client relationships and define campaign vision with the team.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Multitask, prioritize, and coordinate to meet agile deadlines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Establish email marketing thought leadership.
