Job summary

Ziwi Ltd. seeks an eCommerce Account Manager for Chewy to drive day-to-day performance and profitable growth of a key eCommerce partnership based in North America.

You will own the Chewy relationship, develop growth plans, and collaborate with merchandising, marketing and finance to optimize assortment, pricing and inventory. The role requires strategic account management, strong analytics and a proactive, autonomous approach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in CPG sales, eCommerce or strategic account management, with meaningful ownership of a major retail customer.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including advanced Excel and experience with retailer reporting and business planning tools.
• Experience with eCommerce merchandising, retail media, conversion, subscription programmes and marketplace performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship with Chewy, building trusted connections across merchant and functional teams.
• Develop and execute customer growth plans spanning assortment, distribution, merchandising and strategic initiatives.
• Lead account forecasting, promotional planning, trade investment tracking and performance reporting.
• Partner with Finance and Supply Chain to strengthen contribution, forecast accuracy and inventory availability.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital shelf performance, product visibility, conversion and customer lifetime value.
