Job summary

Elevance Health in Florida is seeking an eCOB Specialist I to research and coordinate other coverage for company groups and members. The role handles end-to-end COB functions, claims reconciliation, and Medicare enrollment support.

You will work virtually with occasional in-person training, interfacing with carriers, providers, and customers, while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of claims processing and/or customer service experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify other coverage for company groups and members.
• Perform end-to-end COB functions including claim reconciliation, membership accounting, and related processes.
• Coordinate with carriers, providers, attorneys, CMS, and Medicaid to identify members eligible for other coverage.
• Assist members in Medicare enrollment when entitled.
• Update membership system components with investigation results and forms for Medicare enrollment.
