Qualifications

• Ability to investigate and reconcile COB across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Research and investigate other coverage for company groups and members.
• Identify members who should be enrolled in other coverage.
• Determine primacy using state and federal laws and guidelines.
• Update membership systems with investigation results for COB coordination.
• Assist members enrolling in Medicare and ensure correct forms are provided.
• Review claim history to identify reconciliation needs and errors.
• Adjudicate impacted claims using COB formulas and product-specific rules.
• Handle calls, texts, and electronic queues while taking notes and interacting with customers.
• Maintain focus in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly.
