Job summary

Planet Group is seeking an Eclipse ERP Support Analyst to provide hands-on Eclipse ERP support in a remote environment. You will own the Eclipse help desk queue, troubleshoot ERP issues across distribution processes, and guide users through how-to steps.

Qualifications

3–5 years hands-on Epicor Eclipse experience in ERP support.
Broad Eclipse knowledge across distribution modules: order entry, purchasing, receiving, inventory, warehouse, pricing, AR, AP, GL.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and remote support skills.
Ability to triage, escalate, and resolve ERP issues with clear steps.
Effective communication with end users in a busy remote environment.

Responsibilities

Manage Eclipse help desk queue by triaging, troubleshooting, resolving, and closing tickets with documentation.
Provide support across sales/order entry, purchasing, receiving, inventory, warehouse, pricing, AR, AP, and GL.
Troubleshoot issues including orders, locked records, posting errors, printing/forms, and other Eclipse problems.
Guide users through how-to questions using SOPs and procedures.
Collaborate with users via phone, Teams, or screen sharing to resolve issues.
Process access changes, password resets, and security settings; escalate when needed.
Open and manage vendor support cases for additional assistance.
Identify recurring issues and suggest knowledge-base improvements.
