• Experience with construction specifications: Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26.
• Prefer 15+ years in Construction/Engineering or Facilities; advanced degree or PMP/Six Sigma beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Update weekly EBMS Retrofit Portfolio, NCPortfolio, Asana workflows, and narratives.
• Manage Smartsheet Construction Schedule Gantts and Program Cost Controls.
• Assist on MBRs to stakeholders and on EBMS Summit.
• Contribute to EBMS white papers and energy rebate applications.
• Support Green Lease Program applications and regional EBMS operations.
• Coordinate NA LATAM EBMS Operations and daily BMS intake triage.
• Oversee EBMS retrofit installations as a program.
• Serve as EBMS SME to assist Amazon’s General Construction Manager.
• Ensure CBRE SFM is engaged early to finish BMS launch on time.
• Engage site operation leaders and partner teams; verify ECM-1,2,3 setup.
• Verify each EBMS launch is delivered on-time, on/under budget, with proper handoff.

Basic Qualifications:

8. Assist on NA LATAM EBMS Operations, Adoption& Deployment (OAD)

9. Assist on daily BMS SIM intakes to triage

10. EBMS Construction Managers shall oversee Retrofitsinstallations of EBMS as a program

11. Be the EBMS technical SME to assist Amazon’sGeneral Construction Manager

12. Ensure CBRE SFM is engaged early enough tofinish BMS launch on-time

13. Intervene to remove roadblocks/escalationsduring BMS delivery process

14. Engage with site operation leaders, Amazon’s MSI& RME partner teams to set up ECM-1, 2, 3

15. Verifythat ECM-1, 2, 3 are set up on every new EBMS launch.

16. Verifyevery new EBMS retrofit launch is delivered: 1) on-time, 2) on or under budget,3) ECM-1,2, 3 are set up, configured, assigned & operating properly athandoff to site/RME.

Definitions:

ECM-1: Energy Conservation Measure 1 for occupied/unoccupiedschedules for office block & breakrooms

ECM-2: BMS Global Setpoints for office & warehouse

ECM-3: ASHRAE 241 fan cycling of warehouse RTUS

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Construction Program Manager position is $105,000 annually [or $50.48 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Construction Program Manager position is $110,000 annually [or $52.88 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
