Job summary

CBRE seeks a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Construction Management and EBMS to support our client’s Global Building Design Risk & Recovery Building Design & Engineering. The role is based in North America with time-zone flexibility across PT, MT, CT, or ET; remote candidates will be considered.

Leading EBMS retrofit programs, coordinating with site operations and cross-functional teams, you will drive on-time, on-budget delivery and uphold high standards through process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering required.
• 7 years’ experience in Building Management Systems.
• Proficiency with project/program management tracking software (e.g. SmartSheets, Asana, QuickSight (Power BI), MS Project).
• Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with construction specifications: Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26.

Responsibilities

• Update EBMS retrofit portfolio, NCPortfolio, Asana workflows and narrative updates.
• Smartsheet Construction Schedule Gantts, Program Cost Controls (PCC).
• Assist on MBRS to stakeholders and EBMS Summit preparations.
• Assist on EBMS white papers and energy rebate applications.
• Collaborate with CBRE SFM and site operations for timely BMS launches.
• Ensure ECM-1, ECM-2, ECM-3 setup on new EBMS launches.
